Ap\u00f3s esfriar um pouco, desfiar o frango (desossar e descartar a pele, se necess\u00e1rio) e reservar;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Refogar com um pouco de \u00f3leo a cebola e o alho picados, acrescentar o frango desfiado, temperar com pimenta-do-reino, ajustar o sal e cozinhar por mais um tempo. Adicionar cebolinha e salsinha picadas no final do preparo e reservar;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Preparar a massa: bater no liquidificador leite, farinha de trigo, ovos, amido de milho e um pouco de sal at\u00e9 obter uma massa lisa e homog\u00eanea;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Dispor uma a duas conchas desta massa sobre a chapa quente e untada com \u00f3leo, moldando seu formato com o dorso da concha, de forma a obter uma massa chata\/fina e redonda (cerca de 20 cm de di\u00e2metro), cozida no centro e dourada de ambos os lados;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Rechear os discos da massa com cerca de 90 g do refogado de frango, enrol\u00e1-los e disp\u00f4-los lado a lado em uma cuba ou forma, com a emenda da massa para baixo;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Preparar o molho: refogar com um pouco de \u00f3leo a cebola e o tomate picados em cubos pequenos e adicionar extrato de tomate, refogando por mais um tempo.
