Ap\u00f3s esfriar um pouco, desfiar o frango (desossar e descartar a pele, se necess\u00e1rio) e reservar;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Reservar tamb\u00e9m o caldo do cozimento do frango para utilizar no preparo do risoto;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Refogar com um pouco de \u00f3leo a cebola e o alho picados em cubos mi\u00fados, acrescentar tomate picado, extrato de tomate e sal e refogar por mais um tempo;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Juntar a este refogado o frango desfiado, temperar com pimenta-do-reino, acrescentar cenoura cortada em cubos mi\u00fados e arroz. Cobrir estes ingredientes com o caldo do cozimento do frango e deixar cozinhar at\u00e9 que o arroz esteja macio (acrescentar mais caldo \u00e0 medida que houver necessidade);<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Adicionar no final do preparo milho verde e azeitona (sem a \u00e1gua da salmoura), mexendo delicadamente para misturar aos demais ingredientes.
