Acrescentar tomate picados, extrato de tomate, azeitona, piment\u00f5es (sem sementes) e metade da cebolinha e salsinha picadas. Ajustar \u00e1gua e sal e deixar cozinhar por mais um tempo, at\u00e9 ficar um molho bem consistente (n\u00e3o pode ser muito ralo);<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Fritar os fil\u00e9s de peixe empanados na farinha pr\u00f3ximo \u00e0 hora de servir, por imers\u00e3o em temperatura m\u00e9dia a baixa, at\u00e9 que a carne esteja cozida e macia no centro e dourada por fora. Deixar escorrer o \u00f3leo;<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6>Dispor o molho sobre os fil\u00e9s de peixe.
